About Anti CCP ELISA Kit
The Anti-CCP assay is a two-step immunoassay with an automated sample pretreatment for the semi-quantitative determination of the IgG class of auto antibodies specific to cyclic citrullinated peptide(CCP) in human serum or plasma using CMIA technology with flexible assay protocols, referred to as Chemiflex. In the first step, sample is prediluted with wash buffer. The prediluted sample, CCP coated paramagnetic microparticles, and sample diluentare combined. Anti-CCP antibodies present in the sample bind to the CCPcoated micro particles. After washing, anti-human IgG acridinium-labeled conjugate is added in the second step. Following another wash cycle,pre-trigger and trigger solutions are added to the reaction mixture. The resulting chemiluminescent reaction is measured as relative light units(RLUs). A direct relationship exists between the amount of anti-CC Pantibody in the sample
Reliable Detection MethodUtilizing a colorimetric detection measured at 450 nm, the Anti CCP ELISA Kit ensures precise quantification of anti-CCP antibodies. The kits high-quality reagents and polystyrene microplate contribute to consistent and reproducible outcomes, making it suitable for clinical and research laboratories.
Simple and Efficient WorkflowEach assay requires only 10 L of serum or plasma, optimizing sample conservation. The kit arrives with all required reagents premixed and easy-to-follow instructions, streamlining your laboratory workflow and minimizing pipetting steps to reduce errors.
Long Shelf Life & Convenient StorageThe kit remains stable for 12 to 18 months when stored at 2-8C and protected from light. This extended shelf life allows for flexible inventory management and ensures kits remain usable over multiple testing cycles without degradation in performance.
