FERRITIN Turbilatex -40ml

This product is used to determine the level of ferritin in serum and plasma. Ferritin is a spherical, hollow iron storage protein that stores about 450,000 iron atoms. Ferritin is mainly distributed in liver and spleen, and participates in detoxification and storage. The content of ferritin in serum is very small, but the dynamic change of its value reflects the storage of iron in the body. The determination of serum FER concentration is very useful for the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of iron metabolism abnormalities such as anemia and iron excess, liver diseases, etc.

LDH 50ml Kit

Lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) is present in every cell, it is a tetramere molecule which is a combination of two different tissue components (M-muscle, H-heart). There are five different isoenzymes: LDH-1: LDH-2: LDH-3: LDH-4: LDH-5 = 20:34:23 12: 11. The serum activity is mainly composed of LDH-1, LDH-2 derived from the myocardium and red blood cells, and LDH-5 derived from the liver. The activities of isoenzymes are different in cases of certain substrates. The inhibitors and pH sensitivities are different. The various fractions were determined using chromatography in the past but more recently electrophoresis is the method of choice. The ratio of isoenzymes indicates certain disease states. The enzyme activity significantly increases 8-12 hours following a myocardial infarction and declines after 4-5 days. There is an increase in liver diseases, in certain anaemia and tissue injuries. The enzyme catalyses the Pyruvate / Lactate transformation at optimal pH.

D-DIMER Kit -40ml

The Kit utilizes latex-enhanced immunoturbidimetry to measure the D-Dimer level in human plasma. During the test, D-Dimer in the sample binds with the specific anti-d-dimer antibody that is coated on latex particles to cause agglutination. The turbidity caused by agglutination is detected optically by chemistry analyzer. The change in absorbance is proportional to the level of d-dimer in the sample. The actual concentration is obtained by comparing with a calibration curve with known concentrations.
